About us
Founded in 2017, Demetri saw a gap in the market and set out to build a firm that could deliver exceptional real estate appraisal and valuation services, combined with a more people-centred approach to client service.
Axxia prides itself on its ability to act as an extension of its client’s real estate teams.
Having worked to grow teams across Canada, Demetri is a born leader. The time came to build something of his own – Axxia Appraisal Group.
With over 25 years in the industry, Demetri is an accomplished and AACI accredited commercial real estate appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is also a designated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He's had extensive experience in valuing multi-family residential, industrial properties including manufacturing and warehouse/distribution facilities, office buildings, retail plazas, power centres and land.
He is a builder by nature and loves to grow business opportunities and teams. He’s driven to see his client’s goals come to reality. He is energized by solving complex problems, leads with care, has strong communication and a genuine love for his craft.
